Not quite — Simara is coming soon to iPhone, with Android to follow. Email us to be notified when it's ready and we'll send a single, quiet note the moment it goes live.
No. Simara is a mirror, not a fortune-teller. It never predicts external events or outcomes. Every reading reflects your own present energy and the details you choose to share, for self-reflection and wellbeing — not as advice.
Your photo is processed on your device. Facial landmarks are computed locally to create your private Sima signature, and the photo itself is never uploaded to or stored on our servers. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Simara is freemium and runs on a credit economy — for example, a daily Ask uses one credit. Some features may need a subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple and managed via RevenueCat; we never see your card details. You manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Codes are sent to the email you entered and can take a minute to arrive. Check spam, make sure the address is correct, and request a new code. Still stuck? Email support@asksimara.com and we'll sort it out.
You can access and edit much of your data in the app, and delete everything from Profile → Delete account. For access, rectification, erasure, or portability requests, email support@asksimara.com and we'll help.
Simara is for self-reflection, entertainment, and wellbeing — not medical, psychological, or financial advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
